How To Create a Task

How To Create a Task
1. From the Home screen select the blue "+Add" button.
2. Select the "Add Task" option.
3. Enter the name of your Task.
4. Inform your Service Pro or House Member when you would like the Task completed by.
Use the premade options or a more specific date on the calendar.
Tasks can be setup as recurring at defined intervals as well.
5. Select the Service Pro or House Member that would like to complete this Task.
Contacts need to be pre-entered in order to assign them a Task.
6. This task is not connected to an Item or Area yet. Tap below to connect it to an item or area for better tracking and Service Pro instructions.
7. Add any additional information about your Task here and attach pics, videos and documents with the "+" button.
8. Your Task has been created! Your newly added task is easy to locate in the list open tasks.
